Dr. Giogi has also worked for two major city Police Departments and knows the importance of operational and organizational strategic vision. Tom has been involved continuously in the financial planning field for 45 years. He is a graduate of Millersville State University and the College for Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado. Tom was formerly Chairman and Chief Marketing Officer of Kestler Financial Group, Inc. (KFG), a firm which specialized in the distribution of financial products and services to over 4,000 independent representatives throughout the United States. KFG was acquired by Highland Capital (now part of OSAIC) in 2018.
In the early 1980s, he served as Vice President of Marketing for Consumers Life Insurance Company in Camp Hill, PA.
