The questions are strictly related to the leader’s critical success parameters. All questions are behavioral orientated and relate to behavior that can be observed. The time commitment is roughly 20 minutes to rate yourself and/or rate your leader. Each leader will self rate, their leader will rate them as well as direct reports. The feedback from direct reports is confidential.
